Assume the best

Assume the best. Assume the best. Assume the best. Assume the best. Assume the best. Assume the best. Assume the best. Assume the best. Assume the best Assume the best.

It is so easy to create all kind of stories based on other peoples reactions, judgement, comments and if we allow ourselves to disconnect with who we truly are then we can assume the worst and allow these to affect us negatively. But if we stay true to our soul, to that deep inner knowing of our true self then these reactions, judgements and comments are like, "water off a duck's back", they just roll right off. We can then assume the best of every situation because we have been acting from a place of authenticity, courage and honesty and that's all anyone can really ask for!

But when we do get that chance to communicate wouldn't it be beautiful and much more simple if instead of running away we would speak openly and honestly from that vulnerable place in our heart. Then while receiving conversation we listened attentively and took nothing personally. Let the practice continue!

A thing to remember

"May I hold myself in compassion, May I meet the suffering and ignorance of others with compassion"

It's important to remember that each and every person experiences internal struggles just as I do. Each person has a life as rich and detailed as my own. Each person is doing the best they can with what they have been given. Remembering these points reminds me that there not be the need to judge another or reticule another for their decisions. All is working out for our highest good whether we can comprehend it or not!

Ease

She moves with ease as if there is 6 inches between her and the ground at all time. Her every move is  supported by an all knowing unknowing. She is a evangelical being effortlessly flowing through this life. She is constantly laughing as she notices just how perfect everything is, always has been and will always continue to be. The sorrow, the pain, the joy; she feels everything with heightened sensitivity as these feelings connect her to a cosmic being far beyond that of terrestrial nature. And when the energy of the day passes and the night sky comes to play she will be dancing a majestic waltz with the moonlight. She is a bright light, always leading with her heart open.
